Scope
The IP&C conference aims to bring together the researches working on fields image processing and telecommunications. This Conference will be an important event and will provide us with a unique opportunity for disseminating the
latest advances, applications and future trends in the field image processing and communications.
There are three main tracks of the conference. We are inviting original, unpublished research manuscripts describing the results of theoretical, empirical and practical development experiences in the following technical areas (but

For Authors
Prospective participants are invited to electronically submit full papers of their work in English (max. 12 pages in TeX format), using the template available below. Each paper will be judged by the least two referees for its originality,
significance, clarity, impact, and soundness.
Papers must not have been previously published or currently submitted for publication elsewhere. All accepted papers will be published as monography by Springer LNNS – Progress in AI, Image Processing and Networks.
Selected papers will be invited for further revisions and extensions for possible publication by journals.

Conference fees
Participation in the conference is possible upon payment of the conference fee, which covers:
- access to all conference presentations,
- conference materials,
- lunches & coffee breaks,
- publication of the article in the conference materials.
Each accepted paper must be presented by one of the authors, who must register for the conference and pay the participation fee.
